What happens when I apply for a loan with loangiver?

1. We will contact you with a decision in principle as soon as possible.
2. We will send your loan offer on the same day at your request.
3. Check your details, then sign the forms and send them back to us.
4. A cheque will be sent on successful completion of all paperwork.

 

Applications are processed by by Loand Giver who are not authorised by the FSA. Commercial Mortgages and Secured Loans are not regulated by the FSA.

The actual rate that you will be charged will depend upon your circumstances. Loans may be secured on your home. Think carefully before securing debts against your home as your home may be reposessed if you do not keep up the repayments on a mortgage or or any other debt secured against it.
